• Contact us immediately at 1-866-485-8099. We will instruct you on removing your hard drive, and preparing the hard drive for shipment to our data recovery lab.  If you are near a UPS store, we can offer you free shipping using our account with them.
  
  

• When we receive your hard drive, we will immediately begin the file restoration process. As it is a time consuming process, it may take up to 3 - 5 days to retrieve all your data.  Emergency data recovery is available if you need your data immediately.
  
  

• After data recovery is complete, we will ship you data back to you on CD's, DVD's, thumb drives, or a USB external hard drive.  If desired, we can overnight you a new external hard drive with your restored files on it.  (The external hard drive, or your new thumb drive, will be an additional cost based on the amount of data that was recovered.  There will also be a charge for shipping your new external hard drive.)
  
  

• If your failing hard drive contains sensitive data, and you would like it to be returned to you, we will ship it back to you.

• We will help you, remotely, right on your computer, to install backup software, select the files and data that are important to you, and to schedule regular backups on your computer. The backups will take place right on your computer, and you will be emailed and called if a scheduled backup does not run.
  
   

• We will monitor your backups, and alert you via email when a scheduled backup does not run.  We will also email you quarterly to remind you to call us to update the files that are being backed up.
  
  

• We will be there for you, when you need us, to remotely restore your data, and recover from any disaster.
